Gardenia Bay

Gardenia Bay is the new and prestigious residential community located on Yas Island by the leading development company of the capital called Aldar Properties. The project offers a balanced living environment, where water and nature elements are interwoven throughout the neighbourhood. The first 210 units will be delivered in residential buildings named Rosa, Orchid, Ivy and Iris. The construction of the community will begin in Q1 2024, and the anticipated date of handover is expected to be in Q2 2027.
